AHFT Cardiologist At Baylor Dallas

Farah Alsaffar is an accomplished cardiologist currently serving as an AHFT Cardiologist at Baylor Scott & White Health since November 2020. Prior to this role, Farah completed an advanced heart failure and transplantation fellowship at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA from July 2019 to June 2020 and underwent cardiology fellowship training at Mayo Clinic Scottsdale from July 2016 to July 2019. Early training includes a residency at the University of Florida from July 2013 to June 2016 and research experience at Mayo Clinic in 2012. Additionally, Farah has served as a BLS and ACLS Instructor for the American Heart Association and has interned at various medical facilities. Farah holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Texas A&M Health Science Center and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.Ch.B) from Al-Nahrain University.
