Heather Jones

Heather Jones is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in healthcare finance. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Baylor Scott & White Medical Center at both PGA Parkway and Centennial since 2022, Heather previously held the role of Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Steward Health Care from 2020 to 2022. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at UT Southwestern Medical Center (2006-2020), where Heather directed strategic initiatives, oversaw project management offices, and led financial planning efforts with significant budgetary responsibilities. Earlier career roles included financial analysis positions at Frito-Lay and American Airlines. Heather holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from SMU Cox School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Texas Christian University.
