Jeana O'Brien

Jeana O'Brien is the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) at Baylor Scott & White Healthcare since August 2015, where leadership focuses on bridging Information Services and Clinical Operations to deliver strategic technology solutions aimed at enhancing caregiver efficiency and improving care through EMR optimizations and training. Additionally, Jeana O'Brien has served as a Professor of Medicine at Texas A&M University Health Science Center since 2012 and has held various medical leadership roles at Scott & White Healthcare from 1996, including Staff Physician in Pulmonary & Critical Care and Medical Director of Respiratory Care. Jeana O'Brien holds a Master's degree in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University and a Doctor of Medicine from Texas A&M University College of Medicine, along with an Internal Medicine Residency and Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship from Washington University in St. Louis.
