Jill Bass

Jill Bass is a Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Grapevine and as Vice President of Orthopedic Services at Baylor Health Care System, they are responsible for the growth and development of orthopedic services. Previously, Jill held the position of Director of the Orthopedic Service Line at Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano, where they focused on business and process development. They also contributed to the establishment of a rehabilitation department during the opening of Baylor Plano. Jill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas A&M University, a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University, and an MBA from TCU.
