Katie Bata Heeter

Katie Bata Heeter, FACHE, has held various leadership roles in the field of human resources. Katie currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Strategic Business Services at Baylor Scott & White Health since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources Strategic Business Services at the same organization from August 2021 to May 2022. From 2018 to 2021, Katie worked as the Vice President/Regional Executive Director of Human Resources at Advocate Aurora Health. Katie also held the position of Regional Vice President/Vice President of Human Resources at Advocate Health Care from 2013 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Katie served as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sherman Health Systems from 2006 to 2013. Katie started their professional journey as the Director of Human Resources at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital from 2001 to 2006.

Katie Bata Heeter, FACHE holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northern Illinois University which was obtained between 1994 and 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Illinois University.
