Katie Bata Heeter, FACHE, has held various leadership roles in the field of human resources. Katie currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Strategic Business Services at Baylor Scott & White Health since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources Strategic Business Services at the same organization from August 2021 to May 2022. From 2018 to 2021, Katie worked as the Vice President/Regional Executive Director of Human Resources at Advocate Aurora Health.
