Keturi Delong

Keturi DeLong is a seasoned professional in the field of philanthropy, currently serving as Senior Director of Development at Baylor Scott & White Health since June 2025 and as a Consultant for The Paradigm Advancement Group, LLC since June 2021, focusing on executive placement, development training, and strategic coaching. Previous roles include Senior VP of Corporate & Foundation Engagement at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Director of Development at the George W. Bush Presidential Center, and various positions at Texas A&M University-Commerce, University of North Texas, The Hockaday School, and The Lamplighter School. Keturi holds a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
