Olympia Newman

Olympia Newman, CCLP, currently serves as the Sr. Talent Management & Development Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health since July 2025. Prior to this role, Olympia held key positions at the Dallas Regional Chamber, including Managing Director and Director of Leadership Programs, from July 2022 to July 2025. Olympia's experience also includes serving as a Training & Development Specialist at Grand Prairie ISD from August 2017 to July 2022 and as an Educator at Springhill Montessori School from January 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, Olympia worked as a Professional Development Coordinator at the University of North Texas at Dallas during June 2014 to December 2016. Olympian's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Education from the University of North Texas at Dallas.
