Tammy Lawson has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles. Tammy started their career at Texas Instruments in 1978 as a Product Marketing Manager, where they developed and implemented sales and marketing plans for notebook computers and laser printers. Tammy also worked with a direct sales team to develop sales forecasts and created incentive programs to increase sales within the wholesale distribution channel.
In 1998, Tammy joined Acer America Corp. as a Product Channel Manager. In this role, they managed channel sales and service inventory for the desktops and notebook division. Tammy collaborated with both US and international teams to meet service and sales demands for different channels. Additionally, Tammy worked with an inventory management team for forecasting and ordering materials to meet US service demands. Tammy held this position until 2002.
In 2003, Tammy became the Director of Sales and Marketing at Scott & White Health Plan. Further information about their roles and responsibilities in this position is not provided.
Tammy Lawson attended Temple College from 1981 to 1983, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Tammy then went on to study at the University of Mary Hardin Baylor from 1983 to 1988, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations.
