Gregory Difalco

Gregory DiFalco currently serves as Vice President of Channel Partnerships at bswift, a position held since January 2025. Prior roles include Head of Strategic Partnerships at Nayya from November 2022 to December 2024, and Manager of Strategic Partnerships, where management and development of partnerships in the broker, consultant, carrier, and HCM space were key responsibilities. Gregory's experience also includes serving as Enterprise Sales Executive at Alight Solutions and National Director of Sales at Extensis Group, with a focus on strategy execution and sales strategy. Prior to that, Gregory worked at ADP as Associate Sales Manager and Senior Sales Executive. An alumnus of Iona University, Gregory holds an MBA in Marketing.
