Michael Kirby

Michael Kirby is an experienced professional in client solutions and operational management, currently serving as the Director of Client Solutions at bswift since October 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Implementations at LifeWorks from November 2019 to October 2022 and was the Owner of Katy Auto Group from November 2012 to October 2019. Earlier in the career, Michael worked at Empyrean Benefit Solutions as Director of Operations IT from October 2006 to November 2012, and at Mercer in various roles including Manager of Client Technology, Implementation Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, and Implementation Business Analyst from September 1999 to October 2006. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, earned from 1996 to 1999.
