Michelle Rohan

Michelle Rohan is a seasoned professional with a robust background in agile methodologies and project management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at bswift since February 2024, Michelle previously held multiple leadership roles at UniGroup from April 2019 to February 2024, including Engineering Manager and Lead Agile Coach. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Agile Coach and Agile Coach at QDivision, where Michelle contributed from April 2019 to September 2021. Over a lengthy tenure at MaritzCX from May 2006 to April 2019, Michelle advanced through various roles including Scrum Master, Chief Product Owner, and Senior Project Director. Michelle's career began in the US Air Force as an Operations Specialist from 1994 to 1998. Michelle holds a degree from Boise State University obtained between 1997 and 2001.
