Mustafa Zaki

Mustafa Zaki is a seasoned professional in the field of implementation and systems analysis, currently serving as a Senior Implementation Delivery Manager at bswift since July 2017, after previously holding the role of Implementation Manager. Prior to bswift, Mustafa spent over eight years at Aon Hewitt as a Lead Systems Analyst and Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing client deliverables and coordinating system development and testing. Experience at Hewitt Associates spanned nearly nine years, during which Mustafa progressed from Web Setup Analyst to Construction Manager, overseeing project planning, associate development, and system analysis. Mustafa holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Indianapolis.
