Natalie Atwood

Natalie is an accomplished and goal-oriented Chief Human Resource Officer who has been in the HR industry for over 15 years. She brings diverse capabilities to people and culture. Most recently, Natalie was the Chief People Officer of Breeze Airways, and prior to that spent 16 years at HealthEquity as the Executive Vice President of People and leading various operations teams. Natalie is passionate about team member engagement, development, diversity, inclusion and belonging. She was named one of Utah’s Top “HR” Professionals by Utah Business Magazine in 2020. Natalie studied business at Salt Lake Community College, and Adult Education and Program College at Westminister College.
