Sarah Laguna

Sarah Laguna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the technology and benefits industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Channel Partner Operations at bswift since June 2022, Sarah previously held several progressive roles at bswift from June 2011 to August 2021, including Director of EDI Implementations & Operations and EDI Implementation Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Implementation Project Manager at Benefit Express and Project Manager at Icon Identity Solutions. Sarah began a career in project coordination at Publication Services and contributed to community service as an AmeriCorps VISTA at the Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
