Anupma Shukla

Anupma Shukla has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Anupma began their career at Westpac as an Implementation Manager and Technical Business Analyst, where they were responsible for delivering cost-effective IT solutions and managing relationships with external vendors. Anupma then transitioned into the role of Project Manager and Technical Business Analyst, where they conducted conceptual and feasibility studies and developed detailed design specifications for systems and reporting requirements.

Following their time at Westpac, Anupma worked at BT Financial Group as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, they were the central point of contact for product development and integration, presenting to executives and external bodies for product evaluation and approval. Anupma also played a crucial role in developing and implementing overall solution development.

Anupma then joined Genesys Wealth Advisers as a Senior Business Analyst, leading the team responsible for business applications and operational support across the company. Anupma provided expertise on projects, mentored and coached management on governance and change management, and led the IT review group.

Anupma later joined IAG as a Business Architect and Solution Design Manager, where they worked within the Strategy, Customer insights, and eBusiness team. In this role, Anupma developed end-to-end solutions aligned with customer focus, business initiatives, and enterprise strategy. Anupma also completed detailed business requirements and developed solution design documents.

Anupma then moved to various roles at different companies, including AMP as a Senior Business Analyst, AAS as a Consultant specializing in process re-engineering and digitization, TAL Australia as a Senior Business Analyst, and BT Financial Group as a Senior Consultant focusing on process digitization.

Currently, Anupma is working at BT as a Principal Solution Designer, contributing their expertise in designing solutions for the company.

Throughout their career, Anupma has demonstrated proficiency in solution design, business analysis, project management, and mentorship, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Anupma Shukla has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in e-Commerce from the University of Technology Sydney, completed from 2000 to 2003. Anupma also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, completed from 1982 to 1986. In addition, they have obtained the certification of TOGAF 9 Certified from the Open Group in 2011.
