Faraz Malik is a seasoned professional in strategy and customer experience, currently serving as a Senior Manager at BT since July 2017, with a focus on product and market strategy as well as customer experience across various platforms. Prior to BT, Faraz held positions at Westpac and Nielsen, where responsibilities included insights and innovation, as well as customer experience management. Experience at VimpelCom Group - Mobilink involved enhancing brand health tracking and administering Net Promoter Score initiatives. Earlier roles at Philip Morris International and Telenor included managing consumer insights and conducting market research for product launches. Faraz holds a Masters of Analytics from UNSW, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, and a BS in Computer Science from Karachi University.
