Michael Lowndes

Michael Lowndes is the Head of Strategy & Governance at BT Financial Group, where they continue to lead transformational and organizational change efforts. Previously, they held senior roles at Westpac, including Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations and Chief of Staff for Specialist Businesses. Michael has also worked as a Procurement Manager at Channel East Ltd and a Senior Operations Manager at PwC Australia, focusing on change management and process improvement. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Auckland and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
