Samantha's prior experience includes senior underwriting positions at MLC Insurance and Scottish Widows, where responsibilities spanned underwriting decisions, mentoring, quality assurance, and project development. A graduate of Curtin University with an MBA in Leadership and holder of several industry-specific diplomas, Samantha has demonstrated a commitment to professional development and industry best practices throughout a career that began in 1998 with Prudential.
