Matthew Teribery

Matthew Teribery has extensive experience in business development, marketing, finance, and coaching. Matthew started their career in 2009 as a Snowboard Instructor and Nighttime Supervisor at Holiday Valley Resort. From 2009 to 2021, they also worked as a Varsity Track and Field Assistant Head Coach at Bradford Area High School, specializing in pole vaulting.

In 2011, Matthew founded Capitl & Company, LLC, where they managed product design, printing, inventory, and shipping. In 2012, they joined St. Bonaventure University Students in Money Management as the Head of Risk Management, evaluating equity positions and providing lectures on options hedging. Matthew also worked as a Consumer Staples Sector Associate, conducting research and analysis on relevant firms.

From 2012 to 2023, Matthew held various roles at B&T Building Services, Inc., including Marketing & Finance Director, Business Development Director, and Vice President of Business Development. In these roles, they spearheaded business development initiatives, forged strategic partnerships, developed market expansion strategies, and monitored revenue growth and expenses.

In 2022, Matthew became the Vice President of Business Development at Rugby Commercial Cleaning, a company owned by B&T Building Services, Inc.

Matthew Teribery completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance at St. Bonaventure University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, Finance and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford from 2009 to 2012. Teribery also holds additional certifications including AASI FS1 and AASI Level 1 from the PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America - American Association of Snowboard Instructors, and Bloomberg Essentials in Fixed Income from Bloomberg, all obtained in various years.
