John Loftus

John Loftus is an experienced communications and employee engagement professional, currently serving as the Senior Communications & Employee Engagement Manager at BT Ireland since July 2016. In this role, Loftus oversees key communication activities, contributes to the Healthy Place to Work programme, and supports BT’s corporate responsibility initiatives. Additionally, Loftus has been a Radio Presenter for 8Radio since 2014, producing and presenting a show focused on environmental themes. Previous roles include Sales Effectiveness Manager at BT, where responsibilities included enhancing sales training frameworks and developing a robust sales induction programme, as well as holding positions in corporate account management and sales at various companies, including EsatNet and Cara. Loftus's educational background includes a Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the National Counselling Institute of Ireland, obtained with distinction.
