Mark Phelan is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in service management, currently serving as a Senior Service Manager at BT Ireland since July 2000. In this role, Mark is responsible for cultivating and maintaining service relationships with mid and senior-level customer stakeholders while driving continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance customer experiences. Previously, Mark held positions as Team Manager of Service Management, leading a team to ensure high-quality service delivery to key Enterprise customers, and as a Service Manager, where responsibilities included building customer relationships and implementing service enhancements. Prior to BT Ireland, Mark worked as a Desk Based Sales Team Leader at Esat Telecom, managing a telesales team and successfully meeting revenue targets. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business & Legal Studies from University College Dublin, completed in 1998.
