Caroline James has extensive experience in client and customer relationship management, currently serving as Client Manager and Senior Customer Relationship Manager at BT Wholesale since April 2005. In this role, Caroline acts as a facilitator across the BT Group to address the requirements of Communication Provider customers. Prior to this, Caroline held the position of Service Development Manager at BT from July 2000 to April 2005. Caroline completed education at Midhurst Grammar School.
