Duncan Hawkes

Duncan Hawkes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Duncan started their career at Morse as an Account Associate, managing major target Accounts in the Telecoms sector and engaging in new business activities. Duncan later became an Account Manager in the HP Division, selling HP products and services, and ultimately rose to the position of Client Director, responsible for Morse's engagements with Strategic and Major Accounts.

In 2010, Duncan joined 2e2 as a Client Director, where they played a significant role in transforming business processes and reducing infrastructure costs for their customers. However, 2e2 went into administration in January 2013.

Following this, Duncan joined BT, initially as an Account Director for BT Engage IT, and later for BT IT Services, where they worked with various business units within the BT Group to deliver end-to-end communications and IT Services. Duncan then transitioned to the role of Sales Manager before becoming an Account Director.

Most recently, Duncan joined BT Wholesale as a Senior Specialist Sales Manager and later became an Interim Specialist Sales Director.

Duncan Hawkes received their BA Combined Honours degree in History and German from the University of Reading in the period from 1994 to 1998. In addition, they studied Germanistik (German Studies) and Europaische Geschichte (European History) at the University of Regensburg from 1996 to 1997.

Apart from their formal education, Duncan has obtained various certifications. Duncan became an HPE2-E65: Selling HPE Enterprise Solutions certified professional from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in May 2016. In May 2015, they achieved the Microsoft Licensing Solutions Specialist Lite certification from Microsoft. Duncan is also an Accredited Sales Professional since February 2015, certified by F5 Networks. Additionally, they became a member of The Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM) in February 2014. Duncan holds the Citrix CCSP 2013 certification from Citrix, earned in August 2013. Duncan also received the VMware Sales Professional 5 (VSP 5) certification from VMware in August 2013.
