Currently serving as the Senior Customer Experience Trial Strategy & Delivery Manager at BT Wholesale since March 2018, Lisa has also held key roles at Openreach, including Programme Manager for Transformation and Field Dynamics, where responsibilities included optimizing governance, managing engineering recruitment, and enhancing field force efficiency. Previous positions encompass managing revenue-increasing programs at BT and leading service transformation initiatives for desk-based repair agents at Openreach. Lisa's educational background includes attendance at Beverley High School.
