Susan Imrie

Susan Imrie has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and consultancy sectors. Currently serving as a Business Manager at BT Wholesale since 2008, Susan previously worked at BT Global Services as a Deal Architect and Business Manager from 1998 to 2008, specializing in outsourced contact services and solutions. Earlier career roles include customer service at Search Consultancy and customer support at Jem Computing, along with a significant tenure as a Project Co-Ordinator at Claverhouse Group from 1987 to 1996. Education was completed at Wormit & Bell Baxter from 1972 to 1983.
