Curig Johnston is an experienced leader in value management and personalisation within the telecommunications sector, currently overseeing these areas for the BT/EE consumer business since May 2020. As a Senior Advisor since September 2019, Curig provides strategic guidance to senior management and boards on leveraging analytics, data automation, and AI to enhance business outcomes. Previous roles include executive leadership in big data and AI solutions at Telstra, where Curig drove core business value across various operations, and Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Rogers Communications, focusing on pricing and customer investment. Curig also co-founded CDT, developing commercial decision-making software, and served as an Associate Partner at Oliver Wyman for 14 years, specialising in value-based management. Curig holds an MSc and BA in Natural Sciences, with a focus on Chemistry, from the University of Cambridge.
