David Duewel is the Director of People Reporting & Analytics at BT Group. With over 15 years of experience in people analytics, David began their career in 2007 at Citigroup in New York, where they advanced the people analytics function for a decade before moving to London. They then spent five years at Microsoft, leading the people analytics team for the global sales organization. Since joining BT in October 2022, David has focused on leveraging insights to support BT's mission as a trusted connector of people, devices, and machines. David holds an MS in Information Systems, a BA in Economics, and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University, Bloomington.
