Debbie Hermitage is currently the People and Culture Director - Digital at BT Group, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as HR Director in various capacities at BT from 2021 to 2025 and as an HR Business Partner at Barclays between 2015 and 2017. In earlier roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Debbie supported the Global Head of Consumer Banking and the Global Head of Talent, Learning and Culture while also participating in multiple HR transformation projects.
