Dheeraj Kaul has over 25 years of experience in the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) domain. Dheeraj is currently the Head of CCaaS & UCaaS for APAC at BT, leading strategic direction and growth for cloud-based communication solutions. Previously, Dheeraj served as a Sector Sales Manager at BT, directing a team across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and held various leadership roles at companies including Tata Communications, Siemens, and Ericsson. Dheeraj holds a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Pune and a PGDM in Marketing & IT from IMI Delhi.
