Previously, they served as Customer Operations Manager at Vodafone, overseeing operational activities and change implementations. Emily also held the position of Senior Manager Environments & Infrastructure at EE, where they managed a large team and facilitated significant projects, including 5G initiatives and diversity and inclusion efforts.
