Lauren Korth

Lauren Korth is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical sourcing and team management. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Sourcing at DoorDash since December 2023, Lauren previously held various leadership roles at Dropbox from April 2017 to November 2023, including Manager of the Talent Engagement Team and Sourcing Manager for Online Channels. Notably, Lauren was instrumental in establishing Dropbox's inaugural Online Sourcing Team for Engineering.
