Fergus McMahon is a seasoned engineer and currently serves as the Lead Solutions Architect at BT. With over 10 years of experience in multi-platform services, Fergus has held various roles including Network Design Manager at both Metaswitch Networks and Microsoft, and Technical Specialist at Northgate Managed Services Limited. Early in their career, Fergus worked as an IS Support Technician at Almac Group, providing critical support and managing user information systems. Fergus holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Ulster and is continuing education at Malone College.
