Gemma Butcher

Gemma Butcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior People and Culture Partner at BT Group, Gemma partners with leadership teams to enhance the strategic people agenda within the Business Sales and Commercial teams. Previously, Gemma held roles at Cystic Fibrosis Trust as Business Change Lead, and at Vodafone as Head of New Markets Expansion and PMO Lead for Global Consumer IoT. Gemma's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Mott MacDonald, where significant contributions were made to major infrastructure projects. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in History from the University of Nottingham.
