Valentina Nikolova

Valentina Nikolova has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner at KPMG IT Service OOD since January 2020, following roles as an HR Business Partner and Senior IT Recruiter. Prior to this, Valentina worked at SAP Labs Bulgaria from April 2013 to November 2018 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant. Earlier experiences include freelance recruitment consulting, serving as an HR Manager at South East Europe Research Corporation, HR Business Partner at VIVACOM, Training and Development Executive at AIMS Human Capital Bulgaria, and HR Manager at AII Data Processing Ltd. Valentina Nikolova holds a Master of Arts in English and American Studies from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, completed in 1999.
