Hana Searson

Hana Searson is an experienced professional in talent, culture, and behavioural science, currently serving as the Director of Talent, Culture & Capability at BT Group since August 2025. Previously, Hana held the position of Head of Culture, Learning, Leadership, Coaching, Talent and Behavioural Science at NatWest Group from June 2024 to August 2025. During a six-year tenure at Citi, Hana worked as Managing Director and Group Head of Culture and Behavioural Insights, also serving as Global Head of Culture Change and EMEA Head of Learning, Talent, and Diversity. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Barclays, focusing on executive development and learning from April 2014 to May 2018. Hana holds an M.Phil in Gender and Women’s Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Derby Online Learning.
