Ian Lovelock has extensive experience in service delivery management, currently serving as the Service Delivery General Manager at BT. Ian worked at BT from 2000 to 2008 in a general management role. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications, obtained from the University of Essex between 1983 and 1986.
