José Gastey

José Gastey has extensive experience in the telecommunications and manufacturing sectors, particularly through a long tenure at BT from January 1997 to April 2022, where José held roles including Managing Director of Global Manufacturing and Country Manager for Spain and Portugal. In these roles, José led teams focused on serving major manufacturing, industrial, transport, logistics, and lifesciences companies, driving digital transformation initiatives leveraging IoT, 5G, big data, and cloud-centric platforms. Additionally, José contributed to education as a faculty member in various institutions and holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, as well as a leadership program certification from IMD.
