Jose MR has extensive experience in service delivery and account management within the telecommunications sector, starting with a role as Service Account Manager at Telefónica from January 2003 to September 2007. Jose continued to develop expertise at BT, first serving as Service Delivery Manager from September 2007 to October 2016 and later in roles including Service Client Relationship/Account Management and Security Service and Optimization Manager until September 2020. Currently, Jose holds the position of Threat Intelligence Lead and Security Service Optimization, DevOps and Automation Team Leader at BT Group since June 2024. Additionally, Jose completed a Programa Superior en Innovación y Transformación Digital in Telecommunications Engineering at Universidad Camilo José Cela between 2019 and 2020.
