Karthik Eswaran

Karthik Eswaran has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Cloud Engineering Specialist at BT Group since March 2018, following roles as a Network Design Professional and Network Designer, where responsibilities included Genesys design and implementation. Prior to BT Group, Karthik worked at SmartConnect Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Genesys Engineer, focusing on Genesys implementation and support from January 2014 to March 2018. Karthik's career began at Telster Electronics as a System Support Engineer from December 2011 to January 2014. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharaja Institute of Technology (2008-2011) and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Karpagam Polytechnic College (2005-2008).
