Chris Castro

Chris Castro has work experience with several companies, starting in 2013 with USAA as a Policy Service employee until 2018. In 2018, they joined Rackspace Technology as an IT Support Technician and later became a Cloud Engineer Trainee (TOP) and then a Cloud Engineer II until 2023. In the same year, they started working for Logicworks as a Cloud Monitoring Specialist Tier 1.

Chris Castro has pursued their education from various institutions. In 2018, they attended Rackspace Open Cloud Academy where they studied Network and System Administration/Administration for a year. In 2021, they attended Rackspace Cloud University for their Technical Onboarding Program in Cloud Engineering. Chris also has a variety of additional certifications to their name. In 2019, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from AWS NZ. Chris also holds the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certifications from Amazon Web Services. Furthermore, Chris is Microsoft Certified and has attained the Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, along with the RHCSA certification from Red Hat.
