Kirsty Baxter-Smith

Kirsty Baxter-Smith has extensive experience in operational resilience and service management within the telecommunications sector. Currently, as Director of Operational Resilience and Service Management at BT Group since September 2018, Kirsty leads the operations organization responsible for BT’s Mobile Cloud Core Network, overseeing the migration of over 30 million customers. Previously, in various roles at EE from September 2009 to September 2018, Kirsty managed large teams and supported multiple mobile services generating significant revenue. Kirsty’s earlier experience includes positions at Virgin Media, Orange, and SSA Global, where responsibilities encompassed network operations, validation management, and software support. Education was completed at the University of Surrey.
