Leslie joined BT Group in 2025 as Chief Corporate Affairs and Brand Officer, bringing extensive global experience in corporate affairs, brand leadership and reputation management across the technology, healthcare and consumer sectors. He has led major brand transformation and relaunch programmes for organisations including IHG and Philips, helping reposition some of the world’s most recognised brands for long-term, sustainable growth.
Leslie also serves as a mentor to emerging leaders in corporate communications and contributes to industry forums focused on brand transformation, technology and responsible business. He is an active advocate for mental health and is involved in a number of charities in this area.
