Mate Fazekas

Mate Fazekas has extensive expertise in corporate communications and branding, currently serving as the Head of Corporate, Public Affairs & Brand at BT since September 2016. In this role, Mate Fazekas focuses on enhancing BT's employer brand in the Hungarian market, overseeing areas such as employer branding, internal and external communications, media relations, and governmental relations. Prior to BT, Mate Fazekas held the position of Director at the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (HIPA), where responsibilities included managing communication and protocol efforts and developing branding strategies. Additional experience includes significant roles at IBM, where Mate Fazekas was a key communications leader across various divisions. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Communication with a PR major, as well as a degree in English and American Literature from Kodolányi János University College.
