Michelle Davies

Michelle Davies is a global HR leader currently serving as the Head of Learning Enablement at BT Group, where they focus on tech and content strategy. With a strong background in learning and performance, they held various leadership roles at Vodafone, including the Head of Performance, Careers and Coaching, and previously worked at Accenture as a Manager in Talent and Organisation Effectiveness. Michelle began their career as a Commercial Analyst at BG Group and gained valuable experience as a Marketing Communications Executive at Cable & Wireless Communications. They earned a BA Hons in International Business from the University of Plymouth and furthered their education with courses in Organisational Psychology at the University of Aberdeen and a Management Diploma from Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
