Sean Farrell

Sean Farrell is a Business Improvement Consultant at British Telecommunications Plc, drawing on extensive experience in marketing, commercial, and program management. They previously served as Head of UK SME Cloud Voice propositions at BT Business, where they successfully launched BT's first volume hosted voice proposition. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated a proven ability to lead teams, interpret complex customer needs, and promote strong diversity and inclusion practices.
