Stephen Erdman

Stephen Erdman has over three decades of experience in telecommunications and network management. Currently, at BT Group since 2008, Erdman serves as Head of Capacity and Network Planning, focusing on the Capacity Planning and Management function for Meetings product platforms, alongside designing resilient carrier network interconnect architectures. Prior roles include IT Manager for Telecommunications at Ropes & Gray LLP, where comprehensive management of communication technologies was overseen, and Vice President of Voice Network Services at State Street, managing global voice networks. Erdman's career began as a Systems Consultant at AT&T, providing sales and implementation support for voice and data technologies. Academically, Erdman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Business/Information Systems from Syracuse University.
