Tony Seculer

Tony Seculer is a seasoned programme manager with extensive experience managing large IT programmes in major blue-chip companies in the US and UK. They began their career with International Computers Limited, where they served as a Software Quality Manager, before holding various roles at Computervision, Vodafone, Hutchison 3G, and currently at BT as a Programme Manager. Known for advocating agile software development methods, Tony has contributed to the field through papers on integrating traditional project management methodologies with modern agile techniques. They hold a BSc from the University of Reading, a PhD in IT, and have achieved Chartered Engineer status, along with membership in several professional institutes. Since retiring in 2013, Tony has embraced new projects while continuing to stay engaged in IT developments, particularly in IaaS, SaaS, and Cloud Services.
