David Ducey

David Ducey is an experienced program manager with extensive expertise in acquisition support and program management. Currently serving as a Principal Program Management Associate at Quantech Services, Inc. since August 2019, David previously held significant roles at BTAS, Inc. and PESystems, Inc., where responsibilities included senior acquisition specialist and senior acquisition support specialist positions, respectively.
