Winny Nagtegaal

Winny Nagtegaal has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Winny worked as a Senior Financial Controller at BTC Direct and Enexis Groep, where they were responsible for financial data and the planning & control cycle. Prior to that, they worked at AkzoNobel in various roles, including Treasury & Insurance Specialist Operations, Insurance Accountant, and Insurance Accountant (ad interim). Winny'sresponsibilities included month-end and quarter-end closing processes, monitoring suspense accounts and budgets, filing tax returns, updating AO manuals and tuning RACI's, and training and supervising new GBS employees. Winny has also worked as a Financial Controller at Hagemans Vastgoedonderhoud, Senior Accountant at Intermec by Honeywell, Bedrijfsadministrateur at Alewijnse Beveiliging & ICT B.V., and Meewerkend hoofd financiële administratie at UP learning. Winny started their career as an Interim Financial and Assistent Accountant at Wammes & Van der Sman financial services B.V. and Wammes & Van de Sman Registeraccountants, respectively. Finally, Winny Nagtegaal worked as a Boekhouder and hoofd Polisbeheer at VVG Verzekerd Vastgoed.

Winny Nagtegaal has an extensive education history starting from their mavo diploma in 1991 from Lek en Linge Culemborg. In 1993, they received their diploma in kort middelbaar beroepsonderwijs administratie from the same institution. Later on, they pursued their passion for the travel and tourism industry and enrolled in middelbaar toeristisch en recreatief onderwijs (mtro) at Event Academie MBO Utrecht in 1993. Winny graduated in 1997 with diplomas for SEPR I and SEPR II. In 1999, they completed their PDB, praktijkdiploma boekhouden (diploma) from ROC Rivor, and in 2007, they obtained their MBA, Moderne Bedrijfsadministratie (diploma) from the same institution.

In 2021, Winny enrolled in HBO Middle Management at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN), receiving their degree the following year. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career, including a Masterclass Best in Finance-Low code BPM from NBA Opleidingen (November 2022), a Certified Green Belt in Lean (CGBL) from International Independent Board for Lean Certification vzw (June 2021), and multiple courses from Skillsoft, AkzoNobel, and Schouten & Nelissen.
