Currently serving as the European Industry Manager for Adhesives, Sealants & Construction at BTC Europe since October 2021, Stephen also leads the UK & Ireland Personal Care sales team. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Head of Sales at BTC Chemical Distribution, overseeing chemical sales and the Customer Contact Centre team from April 2016 to November 2021. Stephen's experience includes working as an Account Manager for BTC Specialty Chemical Distribution Limited and BASF, focusing on resins, pigments, additives, and chemical intermediates. Stephen's career began as a Sales Manager at Polymed Limited and as an R&D Chemist at Baxenden Chemicals Ltd. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Chemistry from The University of Salford, completed in 1993.
